Removing ashtray/cigarette lighter panel

Okay guys, I just picked up my first Galant and the lighter and aux power receptacles are loose and flopping around, so I have to tighten them back up so they stop blowing the fuse and actually work. How do you get that panel off? I already pulled the shifter bezel, which disintegrated (it was already missing about a quarter, so no big deal) but I don't want to break the other panel just figuring this out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Shifter Bezel off, it should just pull right out

Pry up and out. Its held in by similar clips as the brittle bezel that broke, no screws.
