    Mitsu Rims

Ill be calling junkyards Monday looking for some cheap Mitsubishi rims. Been doing some research but I cant decide which ones I like. Any suggestions/thoughts?

I am open to any suggestions and thoughts, pretty much I want to get some rims and paint them black but my issue is budget.. Thats why I'm looking around in junkyards for factory wheels, preferably the same size as my steelies that I have now so I can just transfer the tires over.

Hey where in Iowa are you from? You can craigslist it. I've done that to get the sets of wheels that I have.
    Bought from crzygtz,deeznutz, dominicano, finald8ta, Galantman03, G-Spot, Isaurio, jonk8123, M-Rod, and specter6633

Just south of Council Bluffs in SW IA. I've been looking on Craigslist and found a set I was very interested so I emailed the guy and he said he still had them. I emailed back asking him to send more detailed pictures and he never replied... I hate it when people post stuff to sell and then act like they don't want to sell it... Drives me insane.

I know these aren't factory rims but I figured if I was gonna spend the money I might as well get some aftermarket ones. I want opinions on which one you guys prefer, I'm undecided.. Also, what bolt pattern is on the factory car and would it be worth investing in wheel locks? I don't live in a bad part of town or anything but I still don't want them stolen.

I bought lancer gts 18inch wheels on Craigslist... Whole set for $200... I'd say if u are really tight on cash then be patient... And pounce on something soon as you find a good deal you like

Kinda sucks living in a small town cause there isn't jack shit worth anything on craigslist.... Most of the rims I saw were only a hundred less than the new Konigs

Then consider looking farther and travel for some. I've done it before.

Also look for ones that aren't too badly damaged for cheap, curb rash and scratches can be fixed especially if you want to paint them

Drove 4 hrs round trip for some evo X rims for thatfreshkids G and paid $400 in really good condition. Being patient sometimes works if your on a budget and searching.

Ill keep looking.. After thinking about it I will probably just start saving money from each paycheck and If I have enough saved up and I haven't found used ones I'll get the Konigs. Just sold some items so I'm on my way to getting the money.

Hey guys, I'm still looking for rims but I think I found some I like.. I just wanted to make sure they will check out ok before I spend some money on them. They are off an 07 Eclipse, which I am almost positive they will fit, but I want to make sure I wont need low profire tires or anything.

Yeh, I have those on my 8G. You will need the factory style lug nut (forgot the specific type). I got the wheels on CL for $80 - all 4 then the lug nuts from mitsubishi

Ok thanks! The guy wants $400, which I think is over priced, but they are in fantastic shape and have almost new Goodyear tires on them. I'm gonna try to talk him down cause it just seems like way too much and if he doesnt budge I'll pass.

Honestly, that sounds like a good deal. Mine were rims only and had a little curb rash to them.

If they have a nice set of Goodyear tires on them then that sounds like a good buy to me, they look like they're in great shape too. Especially if you can talk them down a little bit. How long have they been listed for?

Here's the actual picture from the post.

    Been listed for a month.

Decent amount of tread left, said 7/8K on the tires.
