Rear Lip

Is there such a thing as a rear lip? Pretty much what I'm trying to do is bring the outside edges of the rear bumper down so my underglow tube cannot be seen from a distance.

Any new rear lip suggestions? Im thinking of getting some from maybe a Camry, I seen somebody mention Maxima rear lips too. Im thinking that may work.
