Galant 2002 GTZ SunRoof Grease

As the tittle says im looking for some one that have repaired or maintained their sun roof in a good condition. My sunroof works great but i noticed it grinding a little bit too hard than normal and the Factory grease seems to be hardening, if anyone has worked on this or has an idea or pictures on where and which grease to use on that part i would love to see some pictures and recommendations before its too late.

I don't have pictures, but you would want to use something like 'white lithium grease' (or anything silicone based), as to not attract dirt. That is what most manufacturers use from the factory. Just be sure to thoroughly inspect, clean, then reinspect the sunroof tracks before greasing. Also, it will not require excessive grease, a little bit will go a long way.

I use sunroof lubricant from Mercedes Benz. My sunroof is about the only thing that hasn't broken on my 8g lol
