engine swap

I got a 99 gtz 3.0 has a lot of miles pushing 200000 and I think piston rings fried and my wires started on fire yesterday day. So my question is do yall think I should just rebuild the engine or if it's around the same price just replace ? Or if not to much maybe a swap for more hp ?

Swap in a 3.5 out of a diamante.

^In most cases, the 3.5 is less expensive than another 3.0 if you're doing the work yourself.
