Weird noise after replacing pads and rotors

I replaced the pads and rotors and now there is a thumping/grinding noise that only occurs when I am not braking and not accelerating. So coasting. The speed of the noise changes depending on how fast I am coasting. It is not a solid noise either, it fluctuates. I do not feel anything abnormal in the brake pedal, I just hear the noise. It's a 2002 ES if that provides any needed info.

ADMIN!!! Please delete this post. I managed to fix it somehow by undoing everything I did yesterday and then reinstalling it.. I have no clue what I did differently but it works so I'm happy.

Pads were probably not seated properly.

Thanks for not removing this.. I have the same problem. Glad to finally have figured it out :)
