Headlight stopped working

My passenger side headlight only works on highbeam. It's not the bulb; none of the wires have 12v when the lights are on. The other side works fine.

A wiring schematic would help me a lot. The schematic in my Chilton manual doesn't match what's on the car at all. Unfortunately the link to the service manual on this forum is down. Beyond that, the location of any connectors would help as well.

I guess I should mention it's a 2000 Galant.

Check your fuses in the engine compartment. Each headlight has its own, separate for left and right and separate for high beams. Had exact same thing for drivers side for months.

That was it. I hadn't realized there were four different fuses for the headlights. Thanks.
