I have mitsubishi galant 2010 It want start can some help me please!????

My car stop working a few days ago. So we
played process of elimination. I got my friend to
look at it. When we turn the key all lights work
radio air ect. But it won't crank!!! It's turning over
but it won't crank!! So we though maybe it's
the gas pump failing. So he sprayed WD40 in the
vent to see if it would start !! Nothing!! So we
eliminated it being the gas pump . So he took the
spark plugs out , one of my spark plugs had oil on
it! ???? So time goes by the he said
something out no fire!!!!! He said it might be the
crank sensor or gas pump relay.......I'm a female
so at this point I'm lost as hell...
Can somebody help me

Quick anwser that came to my head was the crank sensor. Id look into that, crank sensor are known to go bad & not start. I have a 2011 galant & ive had to replace mine at 97,000
