DOHC question

i have search looked and digged every where.

do we have to get adjustable camgears even when we use the 94 DOHC galant t-belt?

i read in one post which i cant find or remember in details. tht with 94 belt u can timed in 0 everything (timing marks). but i dont recalled if he actually did it or he was just saying and honestly havent seen anyone use stock camgears. most of u guys are build so is gonna need adjustable. but im doin on this car is just like a stock evo everything 2.4l

in on a 94 GS belt and you definitely need adjustable camgears
