    Timing belt

    I just purchased a 2000 galant Es. It has about 130000 miles. I do not know much of its history so what is the timing belt change interval for the 4 cylinder.

    I replace mine every 60k. By 120k I do all belts, idlers, tensioner and water pump. While the system is drained of coolant I usually do a thermostat as well.
