Changing front struts ! Any different than rear ?

I'm new to this forum. Happy to be here !

I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant ES. I recently changed my rear struts , and about to hanged my front this Saturday. Is there any difference is them. I know the front has pad brakes so that'll be right here when I take the wheel off. Do k have to move the brakes out the way or anything I just want to be prepared.

ALSO. Changing my front seat bar links. Should I change the struts first or bar links first ?

Welcome. I would support the axle. There are 3 bolts up top, 2 big bolts down below. You don't have to touch the brakes. "seat bar links"? do you mean front end links? they are easy too. You have to unbolt them from the strut anyways so go ahead and replace them. You can do the struts and the links at the same time (future's voice).
