Do JDM/VRG/Legnum dual fogs fit the USDM 8g?

Hey guys. I have a USDM 2003 ES.
Would these fit with the stock front fender?

Comparing them it looks like these would install upside-down in a USDM fender?
Or is it a no-fit at all?

Curious, as I'd like to get a dual-fog setup going on before the winter hits up here in the northeast.

no they will not fit without doing some work to the bumper and figuring out how to mount them.
