Gauge and Gearshift - No lights

My 2002 galant does not have lights for gauges or gearshift. What fuse goes with them? Is this a short / light bulb(s) out?

Any thoughts would be great.

Fuse would be my first guess.
Pull it and if its busted replace it and see if it fixes it if not then reply telling us that didnt fix it.
I can remember the fuse number off the top of my head but its in the passnger compartment fuse block and if you look at the sticker on the fuse panel cover its the one with the guage looking icon.
If your still unsure i think the owners manual will tell you exactly where it is.

tried the fuse. I did find the gauge one easily. No change in light status - still out. Other ideas? Thanks for the reply.

Hopefully I'm not stating the obvious here, but have you pulled the bulbs and checked them?

The shifter light in mine would go in and out, but the bulb was bad. Sometimes a bump would get the filament to connect and stick for a few minutes.
