Aparent Electrical issue, please help.

So I have a 99 es v6. I put in a new deck and it had the dash illum and dimmer left over. Went to leave where I was at 3am and had. O dash lights map or chime noise. I've fixes mP and chime with fuse under hood in yellow deal. Checked and replaced every fuse in the car. No dash lights. In addition to the no dash. No right hand park or tail lights but the blinkers work. The sunroof is stuck tilted ul, rear driver's window absolutely nothing and the heater fuse keeps blowing every day. This car is driving me absolutely nuts please let me know if you have Any ideas. Thanks.

I had a problem similar to this there is a 10 amp fuse in the engine bay fuse box all the way at the top left if you were looking straight at the engine that has a yellow clip around it, this fuse was what blew and it would blow every time i pushed it in too far
