    rear disc conversion questions.

so i've looked over the site, and have gotten plenty of info on how to do the basic, stock to stock rear disc conversion.

But, what i'm interested in finding out, is, would/is there a way to convert the rear drums to disc, with a set of Front rotors and calipers?

You cannot (without heavy modification), they are completely different sizes, so the back plates shouldn't fit either. Also, the propotioning valve won't balance the braking the way it is doing now. I have seen the brake hoses are very different as well.

Converting the rears to discs is always a good idea, however if you want to upgrade brakes, the fronts are a priority. They handle most of the braking, so they need to be the better ones. There are tons of options out there, so pick one that works for you. They've all been explored here.
