3D printed? Does it require you to mod the ac controls to eliminate the gap?

It's requires to drill 2 holes to mount, everything to relocate the ac control is included. I designed it to be simple as possible.

Any details on how much gap there will be on the A/c controls to the bezel?

Not much, it's design to look like factory but the ac control is pushed in a bit. Thats the compromise I had to make in order to make the install as easy as possible.
