it is the rear floor bar. areospeed makes it and a few other companies do to it is a bar that bolts up to the seat belt mounts behind the front seats to stiffen up the chassis. i just got mine and it took about 10 min to assemble and 5 min to install . it is universal for all cars and seems to work. i would take pics but my digital camera doesn't like me. also it only cost me 110.00 shipped.

that is the one, like i said on the first post i got mine for 110.00 shipped but you can get it off of e-bay too for about the same price or cheaper. i got mine from www.jcwhitney.com mine is the titanium and the center is black not chrome.

i could care less how it looks, does it improve anything? could you even tell a difference in the corners?

if there is enough interest I can set up a GB with a couple people who do pretty....aight buisness. I know they have them and would like to get rid of them if possible. I know I planned on getting one. As Far as leg room is concerned...It's in the back seat which doesn't affect me. Maybe how far back my seat can go but I don't think that is all that affected.

back seat? the only thing that goes in the back seat of my car is my 8 month old daughter so if leg room is your concern it doesn't affect me at all and it looks good, and as i said before it seems to works. i can feel a little diffrecnce in the stiffness.

I might be interested if th show some definate gains like the OBX rear tie bar did. So far I haven't heard they give a significant improvement. Anybody else have one of these?

I was about to get one a long time ago but I didn't know if it would fit or if it would really help with anything. I can't imagine it makes that much of a difference, but I guess it's worth a shot. What does titanium look like? Is it silver?

i would be interested if there was a group buy
thats new. looks cool and all, but does it really help with our cars performance? i cannot see how that works. in addition, there are numerous unsatisfied arospeed customers. its products are cheap quality and not worth of buying.
the titanium i got was more of a goldish silver. and for everyone else i can't prove that it works i just got it because it is the closest thing to a rear strut bar with out cutting. i got it to see if it fits and because it adds style to the galant IMO. i like it just thougfht i would tell people about it. i can feel a little difference but that might be me just paying more attension to the corners now. if you don't like it then don't get it.
