    The Tornado air system.

I bought the tornado air system today, which is a rainy day with lots of humidity in the air and i feel and see a difference with the power and gas mileage from my v6.At 60 mph in overdrive the car use to rev at 2300 rpms now at 60 it revs at 2000 rpms.Idle use to be at around 500rpms now it's at around 800-900 rpms which makes the car feel even more peppy at takeoffs from lights and such.I can't wait until we get a sunny dry day so i could feel the real potential of this product. 8)

I would post the dyno sheets if I had them handy. Best runs stock without Tornado was 188 whp for a 1999 V8 Mustang GT, after Tornado was 181 whp, back to stock 187 whp, 3 runs each time totaling 9 runs. But hey, as long as you're getting gains...I suppose a Mustang's dyno is like comparing apples to oranges.

Your car is idling too high. Hate to disagree with you, but if you search on here or on Google, you'll find that the tornado really doesn't do anything to improve performance, and gas mileage is questionable too. As to why your idle numbers changed, maybe you knocked something loose during the install. 900 rpm is too high at idle. Should be 750.
