Moon roof won't frikin open

The left side of my moonroof refuses to open, oh yeah I'm just a few miles over the damn warrenty, after I bought the ride I had tried to cancel the extended warrenty, I even sent them a fax to cancel it, totally forgot about, and boy it should come in handy now. Oh by the fellas and ladies in NYC stay away from Potemkin Service dept. They reeeeaaaaallllly ssuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccckkkkkkkkk.
