I have an 2001 ES, and I want to know if its possible to transplant the rear susp. system of a GTZ, all including the brakes, in order to get rear disc brake. if anybody have odne this please reply

Look at the post right above yours. You don't need to transplant a GTZ rear to get rear discs. There's a parts list included to do the drum to disc conversion.

but, if you can get a good deal on the gtz rear end, you might want to consider getting it and just moving the parts from the gtz to your rear end.
with that said, converting to a rear disc setup is mainly for asthetics since the rear brakes only do a fraction of the total braking for your car, you're not gonna see a big big difference in braking capabilities. the drum setup is actually a pretty good setup, its just the fact that its all enclosed that makes it not as good as discs.
