I thought about doing the grill like the Legnum above, but I didn't feel like trying to figure out how I would mount the grill. I would have liked to cut the middle vertical bar out of the grill, but there would be alot of open space to fiberglass back and I have no idea how to work with fiberglass.

for the grille, how about some U shaped brackets where the legs of the bracket bolt onto the grille and all the way to the car where the stock grille connects to teh car.

i dunno if you really wanan think about doing something liek that, mock it up with a piece of cardboard and buy some sheet or strap metal and try to figure out a way to mount it.
