turn signal bulbs

could i put 3157 XENON BLUE TURN SIGNAL bulbs in my galant(2000) even though i'm suppose to use 1157's.
There are no blue xenon 1157 turn turn signal, could anyone tell me where to find them.

you could. but then the bases aren't even the same between the bulbs. you'd have to take off your old 1157 socket. find a 3157 socket, do some wiring and maybe some modifcations to the headlight housing too. i think you're better off with finding a different bulb
