Trunk question

i have a system in the car and i realized that the chrome galant thing on the trunk used to rattle so i put more cushion around the edges and it still rattles. i actually took a look at it and i realize that it is the key part that is rattling against the chrome galant part. does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this part from rattling?

same problem here but i just learned to deal with it i just never really bothered to fix it.

take your subs out......no, my license plate rattles like a bitch, i just learned to live with it. it actually sounds like an added cymbal to the song.
