I know the bosal is pretty cheap but how does it sound on a V6? Ive seen cheep muffler and the tip part is so thin it looks like shit. I would like something that looks nice mainly cause the stock one looks so pussy. I dont care if its quiet but i want to have good sound at high rpms. Well mabe im asking 2 much but try to help me out please.
Where can i find a bosal muffler for cheap, the kind i would need.

anyone know of a good muffler shop/w good prices around san jose who is reputable?

It depends on the shop doing the install. My shop charged me 50 bucks, on top of a 69 dollar muffler. Thus, less than your 150 budget. Another shop I went to wanted 70. Still less than 150 but the install price changes.

Same here. When I got my 5zigen muffler for my 8G they only charged me $50. The shop I go to is cool. They even turned it basically into an axleback somewhat by adding mandrel bent pipes to original exhaust pipe. I also had them gut the cat, and remove the resonators. That did the trick for me.

Sup! I got a Reactive tip put on a Borla muffler for about 180, but I also got my oil changed. The sound isn't ricey at all and it looks good... not too big not too little... just perfect for me

I went for the hi-flow stock look, so I got the Dynomax ProFlo installed for $180. When I had my Bosal I got it and the install for $125 but the muffler burned out and sounded like a fart can after 40,000 miles.

I had the Bosal, it was way too loud for my tastes, but the tip was nice so I cut it off and used it on my new setup. You can get them really cheap here: https://www.olyonline.com/Xmas.htm

I got mine from these guys and they had it to me in 2 or 3 days. Awesome price and service.

Props to Pinoy for the link way back in the day.

If you want a muffler, I can get you any MaxSpeed muffler for $110 shipped. Install should cost less than $40. Send me a PM if interested.
