steering wheel shimmy possibly from tires?- 6G

Im about to buy a 6G GSX (AWD n/a) the tires on the car are yokohoma's and the guy for the past two year drives the car infrequently, so im assuming that sometimes for months the car possibly just sat on these tires, (they are 2 years old now and still tons of tread left) when i brought the car up to 65 or so there was a slight shimmy in the wheel, seemed to happen wether accelerating, coasting and braking- possibly a little more during exceleration altho i dont remember clearly- , im assuming that the tires probably regardless of if they are making the shimmy or not, probably need rebalanced at this point from the non-use and sitting, what do you guys think?.. possible that is the cauz of the shimmy? thanks ahead of time- Nick

yeah it could be the tires or the brakes or the car might need a wheelbalance. How much is the car going for?
