Well I'd love to, but I don't have the organizational skills nor time to coordinate a group buy with 10 pre-orders. But i'm certainly in if one ever gets made. Anybody want to take lead on this?

Because we are trying to find out the difference between 99-01 and 02-03, the answer is none! The mounting parts are the same, screws are same.. the only different is grill thats it! So, for the replacement bumper it will fit from 99-03. BOLT ON, you can even use the same screws.. The bumper will be predrilled so all you have to do is plug it in and put screws on.. DONE!

The red one is Tim's car and black one is Z's car. To find out if the 03 bumper fit on 01, we have to take the black bumper out and put it on read car. So don't be confused! Red car is 2001 and black car is 2003 model.

The black bumper on red car (2001) is coming from black car (2003). So, another word, 2003 front bumper fit on 99-01 model.
