low idle After cleaning K&N filter

Recently I cleaned my K&N cone filter with the K&N cleaning kit. Initially after the cleaning, the car was running exceptionally well. Accelerate so much better. One thing bad is that my idle is too low. When it is low it gets as low as 100, and engine literally gasps for air. How can I solve the problem? And i realized my idle is different according to weather.....why is that so?

there is a screw on your throttle body called the BISS, it will allow you to adjust the idle about +-200/300
