Hi, i have a 1990 galant GSX (awd, n/a) 5 spd 120,000 miles. When the wheel is straight or slightly left to full left, while cruising(easiest to hear it, can hear at lower speeds too) it has a rubbing type sound(and you can feel it in the wheel- its a very smooth vibration the wheel doesnt shake really), almost just sounds like loud tires, but its weird even at strait u hear it- then when u turn the wheel a little bit to the right there is no noise, Then if you go further to the right It almost sounds like something in the wheel loose(and the wheel seems to shimmy a little bit more to the right, not sure if maybe it shimmy's to the left too, just cant notice it over the slight vibration- and when i say shimmy i dont mean a violent one, its very minute) , Im thinking its wheel bearings, I am not really sure though, if you guys have any input let me know. There is no play if u try to pull the wheel forward and back, and i have yet to do an actual visual inspection. Thanks- Nick
