Angel Eyes - Bulb replacement

Question ... Its says for the fog lights that it comes with a h3 bulb... is it possible to replace those bulbs.

i was thing of replacing the with Piaa Ion Yellow... to get that lexus feel...

what do you guys think..

if u got the money go for it, i always wanted really really yellow foglights, but wasnt ready to drop all that money for some piaas..shoud look nice with some white headlights in my opinion
