Still looking for a definitive answer to...

I am still in search of a absolute definitive answer of - can a lowering springs for a Eclipse 3G go onto a stock Galant 8G strut setup.

I have heard some people say it can, and some say it can't. I just want to know if it just physically fits, or it matches up exactly as if it was a Galant spring. For example, I have a size 9 foot...I can physically fit it into a size 11 shoe and manage to walk around. But the fit would not be correct. Is that how it is...or does it seat onto the strut perfect?

    Thanks.

i'm sure they fit... hell i have them in my basement, and they have the exact smae diameter as my stock springs...

I'm not sure you want to roll on the 3G with the stock dampers though, cause they are supposed to drop you by 1.5"...

    Get the KYB's... or Koni's...

Its fits fine. most of the older members have dropped their Galants using 3G Eclipse springs.

it fits, it works. remember that deep inside, the galant and the eclipse are pretty much the same. way b4 they made galant springs, every1 just used eclispe springs. and o yea b4 u ask, the shocks and struts work too...
