    cam shaft and valve springs

    do you need special equipment to install these??? i was asking my neighbor if he could install it but he said he will need some equipment... something about the springs falling inside the engine... im not sure... :?
    uhhhh...... Whats a 9g???

    you need the tool to compress the spring so that you can remove the valve locks and what not to be able to remove the spring itself. Much easier to do with the head out of the engine, but I think there is a tool that will allow you to do it with the head still bolted on.

    Why are you doing this anyway?

    right now i am trying to save up for a 2nd stage cams and springs, i already have the afc i bought from vision and also should be getting my 60 mm tb this month after i send the money, i was thinking of installing this maybe all at once maybe cheaper in labor, just searching ahead right now soo when i get everything, but ya maybe i should just port my heads while im at it.... haha i wish i had more money ohhh well... :twisted:
