how to carbon fiber

hi, i have been trying to read up about how to carbon fiber stuff and i am still lost. i have fiberglassed using the cloth and fiberglass sheets if that is even anything like carbon fiber. so i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out...maybe do a how to page. some things that i would like to know are
- step by step process of carbon fibering some thing
-materials needed(resins)
- names, brands of resins
- carbon fiber is needed of course

any info would be great...maybe we can set up a chat on aim? it would help greatly or just set up a step by step instruction on the process of carbon fibering b/c im sure there are many more people who would like to learn how to do this. well thanks for looking and again any info and pics would be a great help
