My wheels on another whip

I have a 01 galant es. I currently have 18 inch alba berthas on it. I was woundering if they would fit a 2002 Mercedes E-320???

First, the bolt pattern on a Mercedes is going to be different from ours, then you have to realize that the offset on a RWD car is alot different as well. So, I highly doubt they will fit.
