you don't have to take it off. you just have to loosen the nuts and tighten them back on. you want to do it in a staggered pattern so that you have a better chance of the wheel sitting flush.
I painted my calipers and my drums.
I loaded the wheels back and tightened the bolts as far as I could (I'm not that strong, but they got decently tight).
Then I used the torque wrench to tighten them to 80 ft/lb.
But,
I did each bolt in a circumference pattern, instead of going in a star pattern. (So, going around instead of jumping from side to side). :oops:
No big deal? Or, should I take the wheels back off and just redo it?

well, wheels sitting flush comes down to millimeters...so it would be really hard to tell by human eye....doing it in a staggered pattern balances the pressure...
