Nitrous?
I'm saving for a nirtrous kit, but I don't know much about what is needed to run it safe. Anyone know of any good nitrous kits and what they need to run safe.

75 Shot, since youre new to nitrous, I would go with the Zex Dry kit for starters.

do not start at a 75shot if you're new. start with the smallest jetting possible, then work your way up as you get to know how to use it better. visit the nitrous section at DSMTuners for some real, unbiased nitrous talk.

and i wouldnt start, or end, or ever use a dry kit. aside from a mildly easier install, i do not see any benefits, only dangers. a wet kit will mix the nitrous with fuel in the intake, and creates a shot that is safer for the internals of yor engine. if you have a v6, id start with a 55 shot, then go to 75 once your comfortable and knowledgable. if you have an I4, i dont think id ever go above a 65 shot on stock internals, even though im sure there are people who do, i just wouldnt reccomend it.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(MitsuBoyGalant)</div><div class='quotemain'>what do you think of this kit? http://www.ptuning.com/html/Item-Desc.cfm?...Universal%20Fit</div>
This is the kit that I'm selling. After shipping you will pay $600 dollars for the kit from ptuning. If you buy mine for $50 dollars more you get a purge kit, bottle opener, heater, S-AFC, air/fuel guage and more. Trust me you won't find this for a better deal and with all this you will be able to run the nitrous safely. The only reason I'm selling the kit for so cheap is because I'm boosted now and don't need it....

yea wet set up would be safer...i was actually buying calis nitrous, until he told me it was a dry system,,but i think that all i would have to replace would be some minor stuff to make it a wet kit,,,buty i have heard wet is better,,,,with a dry ure relying on ure car to compensate for the extra nitrous with more fuelm, with wet the mixture is already there
