Window Help? not MS WINDOWS

Does anyone know the difficulty level in replacing a rear power window
in a 97 ES? Some F***ing idiot broke out the front and rear driver side
windows completely. (just jealous because they don't have a G-Ride!)
I've already had the front replaced and that took over a week and it moves kinda slow, now I'm waiting for the rear window to come in and I'm
thinking that I can install it myself since it's taking my dealer so long to order, receive and install my windows and maybe I can adjust the front one to move easier.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ive never replaced any windows before, so I dunno how difficult it would be

did they steal anything? if not maybe it was some stupid neighbor kids running around reaking havoc

Typically when a window get smashed it does some internal damage, I would leave it to the pros
