rt tailight turnbulb alwayz burns out

are you sure that its the bulb that is burning out??

my front turn signal isn't burnt out but it acts like it. my case it was the wiring. i spliced in some wires for my turn signals and yea, i gotta resolder the connections. but yea because of this it turn signal will only work when it wants to. so you might want to see if the wiring is damaged.

hows the socket? is it melted? that might be a problem. the connectors inside of the socket, are they still in good shape? clean, free of corrosion? sometimes aftermarket bulbs have smaller contacts than the oem bulb so they don't touch all the time, you might want to push out the connectors in the socket so they contect the bulb better.

if its the bulbs, have u tried different brands of bulbs, it might just be that you're buying shitty bulbs..

i know i didn't give you your answer but hopefully i pointed you in the right direction in solving it.
