    Finally!!

    Woohoo! Got me another VR4.

I'm stoked. 160,000kms (yeah, high.. but its idling at -22 vacuum AND the synchros/diffs etc are MINT), bodys a bit rough, box jumps out of 1st and 5th. Thats the only issues with it.

$1500  (Thats NZ dollars )

So uh, yeah. I pulled mid 12s out of my last one with under $1000 of mods, and since this one already has the beefed-up clutch I had in my last one, current goal is to manage a mid 12 second 1/4, in street trim, for under $6K (Thats about $3K your cash), including the purchase price and gearbox work.

    SO doable.

So is that E39 such great value for money now?

Your times will probably not be as fast at 1st..but once you get the right technique lauching with the 5 speed...you'll be ALOT faster than the previous one man. I can't wait to see the progress...but again, PICS!!! 8)
