standing on the drivers side, facing the camgear it would be on your right hand side. Its on the side of the engine with the intake manifold about an inch above the oil pan on that back side of the engine. Its about in the middle of the block IIRC, nothing more then a Bolt, unscrew it and do your thing. Its the only bolt there lol.

I found the plug, inserted the screwdriver all the way in.
Timed the marks, put in the belt, tighten all the stuff.
Changed the transmission filter and fluid, sparkplugs, oil change.
It runs GREAT!!
It actually feels better than before the belt broke.

hey i'm about to do my timing belt on my galant and i was wondering what are my chances of the timing belt tensioner not needing to be replaced are because it is like 80 bucks and i don't have the money but i really need to replace the timing belt and balnce shaft belt because my car has 122k on it right now any suggestions?
