Dude you dont need a tutorial. It is so easy to change the plugs on the I4 you would'nt believe. The first time I did mine, it took me about 10 mins.

You just need the right tools. You need a spark plug socket and a 6" extension. Remove the 2 ignition cables, then remove the 2 ignition coils to get to the other 2 plugs.

If you can come to brooklyn, I will help you. Let me know how it goes.

Like devgrp said, it's pretty easy.

    1) Get spark plugs for your car with the right gap. It would be smart
to double check the gap with a gap checking tool. Any place that
sells spark plugs would also sell the gap checker, only $1-2.
I recommend NGK V-Power plugs, the stock type.

    2) Do one cylinder at a time, so you don't somehow put the coils/wires
back on out of order. The coils and wires just pull out with a little
twisting. Blast some compressed air into the tube so any dirt or
anything in there doesn't go into the cylinder when you pull out the plug.

    3) Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket and 6" extension.
[a spark plug socket is just a regular socket with an o ring or something
in it so that the spark plug stays inside the socket when you lift it out]
You can get by without the spark plug socket if you're crafty, just use
a regular socket and lift the plug out with some very long nose pliers
or chopsticks or something. I believe the spark plugs are 5/8", but don't
    quote me on that.

    4) Put a little antiseize on the threads of your new plug, and a little
dielectric grease on the wire contact point, then install it carefully
being sure not to cross-thread. One easy way to avoid cross-threading
is to stick a big plastic straw over the end of the plug and use that to
get it started, then finish it off with the socket, torque to 20-25ft/lbs.

Be careful not to get anything on the sparking end of the plug.
If you get some dielectric grease or antiseize on it, it won't spark.

    5) Replace coil over, repeat for other 3 plugs.

You dont even need the grease. When I got my denso plugs from Autozone, they already had the grease and was gapped correctly. Real simple job.

Hardest part is making sure they are all gapped correctly. Man on my Talon there isnt enough grease on the cheap autozone plugs and/or wires so its hard to pull the plug wires out. I broke one plug wire already. I hate cheap autozone crap. Their brake rotors and pads suck too...

NEVER. I MEAN NEVER buy any pads, drums, rotors, brakelines, struts, batteries, etc.... from Autozone. Spark plugs are cool.

I got my pads from Autozone. Cost me about $30, and I had them since last summer. They just started squeaking since last week. I'm gonna change em next week.

with the iridium plugs you don't want to regap. you might ruin the plug.

I got the cheapest rotors/pads from AutoZone on my talon. NEVER AGAIN. My gosh the squeaking never stops! I liked my brembos/axxis metal masters on the galant, they never squeaked!
