HID in stock fogs?

yea i know some people already who sell good yellow HID KITS.but my aim it to use the oem fogs so... the hid kits only only come in bulbs like H4.H1,9006,9007 ETC.. only the main bulbs. not small ones like 893 so.. i was wondring if could make a bigger bulb fit in the oem fogs.. ??
