I think you are referring to the 2 larger bolts on the back of the caliper that are bolted to the knuckle (of the hub...) These can be torqued pretty darn hard. What I have done in the past is placed a wrench on the bolt and used a hammer or rubber mallot to hit the wrench. Be careful that you dont miss and hit the fender, but that should usually get it loose. Also, you could take a propane blow torch and heat the bolts up to get them loose, this works very good actually, but be careful not to burn yourself or melt anything!!!!
