Use a heat gun. THe plastic is very bendable once its heated, from there you can shape it anyway you need to. Thats how i got my integra lip to fit my 8g, and i need to get pics of that up so i can show you..
Any brainstormer out there wanna give their opinions on how they would go about this
94 Accord lip.
Im gonna fiber the lip first and reinforce it better but how would you go about molding it to your stock bumper?

I am assuming that lip is made out of ABS plastic. The material can bend and it looks like you won't have to bend it that much to fit. It looks like minor work to have it fit....but it looks like it will. Looks pretty good

I have a 94 Honda Accord LX, it has the following mods:
AEM short ram intake
MSD ignition wires
KYB GR-2 shocks/struts
Ractive carbon wrapped muffler
2.25 inch piping
Clear lenses all but rear (legal color bulbs)
(sold)17 inch Panther 220 rims
(sold)Falken Ziex rubber
6-1/2 inch Pioneer speakers in rear deck
Dynamat coated rear deck
JVC CD/MP3 head unit
Sylvania cool blue low beams
Strut bar
No body mods besides the painted rear lip and the type-r grill
For a non-VTEC 2.2 liter, it moves pretty good, but the best part is handling and grip, with just the KYB's and the wheel tire combo, it's a new world of "stick to the pavement".

I have a few cars on those pages, I still have the Mitsu and the Honda.
its been said before...but fiberglass won't stick well to ABS, you'll need some sort of mechanical interlocking for it to work and stay for a long time.
Also we have this thing at my job, but apparently you can bond plastics just like weld metals, you need this plastic fill material but it will bond plastics that are broken/cracked...its used at work to bond Polypropylene parts together, I don't see why it wouldn't work with ABS, although I have no idea if this tool is openly available anywhere

They have flexible bumper repair kits - bondo makes one that has a flexible two-part epoxy - its a bit tricky to work with to fill large holes, though, as it sticks to everything.

What the hell does this have to do with my post? Dont thread jack unless you know what you are talking about and is relavant to the topic.
P.S. I did the lip already. Epoxy, Fiber, Primer, Sand and Wet sand and it looks like new. All i gotta do now is buy a pint of black paint and spray it, Will take pics and post as soon as i get on the computer in the garage.
