7G VR4 wing functional?

since my trunk doesn't close, i have it held shut with wire. this allows a few inches of movement so my trunk likes to bounce around while i'm at low speeds going over bumps or dips and what not. but anything over 50mph or so, my trunk won't budge. i hit some crazy dips on the freeway yesterday that made shit in my lap jump up in the air, and i had my eyes fixed on my wing to see if it moved. sure enough, it didn't.

since the VR4s are AWD, maybe this is a functional wing? obviously doesn't do me any good, but that's not why i got it. a little downforce helps though

its going to give you more downforce. since its off a vr4 i'm sure its aerodynamically tuned.
at the speeds you drive having a little extra weight on your tires is going to keep you under control, and i bet it helps keep you straight too.
