why not just top mount them or if they barely rub maybe you can squeeze a spacer under teh speaker and still fit it under the deck
a couple people had the motorized trunks so i know it's possible
Well I think Just about everybody here has aftermarket 6x9's. Well I have had mine in for a while and have had the problem of the torsion bars rubbing them. Well no it is losening the 6x9's and making a horrible squeking sound. Does anyone know how to fix this without replacing them, Also has anyone thought about putting springs in instead og the torsion bars?

i threw in some nice 6 1/2'' speakers you might want to think about that
How did you put 6 1/2" in the rear. I checked mine and they'r 6X9 What extra things would I need to do that? did you replace your rear speaker board or cut up the OEM one?
if you go to the audio shop you can get an adaptor plate that will allow you to do such a think.
or you can just make some out of some masonite.
