Evo calipers? Very nice, I want!
I'm not going to price it out, but it was a good deal...If I dont put these on, I will resell for a good price.It's front and rear calipers, 2 sets of front pads, front rotors, front and rear lines. I'll have to pick up some rear pads and rotors sometime down the line.

Yes, off an Evo 8, I'm screwed on my offset, but I'll have to get some new wheels next year and for the winter I've got some Evo stock wheels pending, but they're $550...with old tires....not sure that's a good deal or not?

this is MY winter work.

those stock enkei's are pretty damn light. forged aluminum 17's for 5550 w/o any tires is still a sick deal.
that would be like a double upgrade for your ride.
-more powerful and larger brakes will increase stopping power.
- lighter wheels will also increase your stopping power.
-not to mention your go power
i'd snag em if you like the look. cause you won't find a much better deal than that for a true forged aluminum wheel. plus you get the joy of keeping mitsubishi center caps w/ your wheel upgrade.--- BONUS

Yeah, that's what I was thinking...my Grandma just gave me $100 for X-mas, so it's like getting them for $450 Plus if I get em right away, I can do the upgrade in a few weeks....rather than wait until Spring.
BTW, are stock Evo's 17x9??
<img>
stock tire size is 235 45 17 on an evo. isnt that 7.5?

man id like to get some evo wheels and paint them black..ooooowwhhheeeee that would be sexy
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(DOHCSTUNR)</div><div class='quotemain'>stock tire size is 235 45 17 on an evo. Â*isnt that 7.5?</div>
No, I have 7.5s on my car now and they reccomend 215s, I went with 225s for a wider tire...so they're likely 8.5s then, which will fit. I've seen guys run 255s (falkens) and they fit Cool, and yes, I'm going to likely paint them black/hyperblack. Wheels are purchased, just confirmed with the guy

stock evo wheels are 17x8. for those calipers, just to give you the heads up, you need the EVO caliper bolts, they are the same size bolts as the stock galant ones but a different thread pitch
