    Turbo Question

I have a 2000 8thgen with 100K + miles, and I wanna boost since the wifey is no longer driving it. But will the engine handle boost? If not anything I can do to insure that nothing horrible will happen?

you could run low boost.....5-6 psi
some have been know to run 10-11 psi but with the mileage you got, i would kep it to 5-6 psi, which isnt really a good HP increase

i put the turbo on my car when i had 155K miles. now i have 10K more and no problems. compression still good across the cylinders. there was an old subaru at the meet with a custom turbo on the original motor with 200K miles. with good tuning you can turbo anything

Make sure your car is running properly before adding F/I, as any problems you have now will be magnified by the added stress.
