I didnt get as much done today as I had planned, but I still got some stuff done.....
New 9" K&N filter.... this is just comparing it to the turbo to show its size, I got a new intake pipe to locate the filter right behind the headlight, so for the track I will take the light out...
Power steering line installed.....
Fuel feed line and heater lines
AMS Rail and Greddy Injectors installed......
Its freezing out so I called it a night. Its snowing like crazy, maybe I will get some more work done tomorrow.....

come on man,
weld on a few big -16 an fittings and do the rad hoses up right.
i've been considering getting some aluminum and replacing my radiator hoses charge pipe style like the sr20 guys like to do.
looking great man.
keep em coming.

hahaha...the reason im not doing the -20AN radiator hoses is because the true steel hoses dont flext much and I would need it to take a decent bend so it wouldnt work. I had the BOV flange welded on the upper I/C pipe today, I need to get the bumper on the car so I can make the needed changes to the lower I/C pipes so they fit, its kinda hard putting the bumper on in the snow, so I'm not too sure when thats gonna happen.Originally Posted by DOHCSTUNR

dude this is just amazing to see.. seriously
Got a little bit done today.....
re-installed the fenders. Test fit the FMIC and pipes with the new bumper, it shoud fit with little modifications.... Test fit my Tial Blow off valve. I painted my intercooler pipes with Rusto, the can says to let it dry for 48hrs, I let it dry for 3 full days at room temp and its still tacky, I gotta sand it and re-paint it with something else.

So after much cutting, drilling and countless trips to the hardware store, my new mini-radiator is installed
Perma-Cool 14" 1650 CFM fan installed, this is the biggest one you can fit on that radiator, should keep things very very cool.
Today I went over all the bolts, torqued everything down, loctited all the engine and trans bolts, alot of vibration will be going on with the new motor mounts, so I used loctite to be safe. All fittings were checked, and either teflon taped or loctited. Tomorrows plan is install the new mini-battery and fabricate a mount and hold down for it, if all goes well, the car will be running on saturday.

Today I changed the wiring around a lil bit, intsalled the shifter cables, slave cylinder, mounted the catch can, throttle cable, fabricated a mount for the mini-battery and painted a few things here and there, I was hoping to be done by tomorrow, its bitchin cold outside, so maybe finish later this week...
