lookin to get 225-40-18 tires
Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S 215/40/18

what is your budget b/c my tires were roughly 129.00 a piece and all four with mounting and balancing was 563.00. Neo Gens were 125.00 a piece. You could go with Nankang (I would not buy them) It is a decent tire and they go for about 99.00 a piece. These prices are from Discount Tire.
Another thing to consider is the weather conditions where you are at. Here it rains a lot so I wanted a tire with great wet traction ratings.
Back from the dead!!!
ya, its totally fuckin rad dood!!!!Originally Posted by illrik
Toyo proxes FZ4. dont matter what size you are running. they are all around good. little pricey ($174/each+M&B), but worth it. not like they are crap tires yet really expensive like those garbage-ass Nankang's. you gotta pay the cost to be the boss. dont go cheap. you will regret it in the end....when you are upside down in a ditch cuz your tires lost lost traction in a light rain.

I thought about going with the Neo Gens, but when I saw that they said great for sport compact enthusiasts, I spent the extra money for the 555s. I love these damn tires. When it comes time for you to buy more tires get the 555s. I am sure you will like them better.</div>I have had both and the 555s are cool, but when it rains, they are not the best especially with it pours! You are talkin about hydroplain city! The Neo Gens are awesome to me because they handle real well when it rains and pours. In this Texas rain, you really need something to help you get home safe and in one piece.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(illrik)</div><div class='quotemain'>this thread is cool, cuz im actually lookin to buy some tires, but wats the best tires for a cheap price?</div>If you want cheap tires, go with Wanli, Federal, or Nankang. Out of these 3, I think Nankang is the best (just out of these 3 though), but you might have to compromise your safety buying anyone of these though. But they are cheap especially if you are on a low low budget.
