I've read somewhere that the M/T have better gas Mileage than the A/T cause of the fact that A/Ts torque converter. saying that sometimes when you punch the gas the torque conv can sometimes be delayed. what you guys think of this?
Depends a lot on your driving style. Had 2 friends both had 6 banger mustangs. One auto and one stick, if they didn't beat on their cars the guy with the manual would get 1 to 2 miles to gallon better. If they beat on the cars the auto got slightly better mileage.

I did 376 miles on a full tank until the gas light came on.

I4. I started watching it after I filled up in Jersey right out of the Holland Tunnel and calculated the miles. But to be fair I kept it at 70mph.
